Performance Manager

The Performance Manager position works closely with frontline salespeople and managers. Performance managers handle every aspect of client-interaction, from relationship management to the direct coaching of frontline producers.

Senior Performance Manager

The Senior Performance Manager position is integrally involved in every aspect of an account, from management to frontline. In addition to the responsibilities of a Senior Performance Manager, this person is also responsible for strategy/problem solving. Other primary objectives for this role include providing support and training to upper level client management, and developing other Frontline Consultants and Performance Managers.
