At FPG, we are dedicated to your success, which is why we perform a comprehensive discovery session with new clients interested in the Outsourced Sales Management option to ensure the viability of the model for all involved parties.
This customarily starts with an on-site discovery and opportunity analysis. This session allows both parties to quantify the additional revenue potential and determine if the prospective client and FPG are a comfortable fit. We then work with the client to determine a compensation framework that meets their budgetary and cash flow needs, often one that is heavily tied to performance.
Performance Programs
As a privately held business, we typically have more flexibility than our enterprise clients on how to structure our business partnerships. Performance Partnerships allow us to come in and provide the thinking and insight needed to put together the right approach for each case. The consulting engagements range from analysis to workshops to side-by-side performance evaluations and overall program development.
