Founder and President of the Frontline Performance Group (formerly the Khoury Group), Ziad is the originator and developer of the Khoury Performance Equation (KPE), a comprehensive and proven blueprint on how to create a high-performing, service-based sales culture. He is a sought after speaker and the author of a new book titled Frontline Profit Machine: The Blueprint for Exploding Profits With Your Existing Sales and Service Team.
Ziad and his team have served many clients across numerous industries, including automotive, insurance, real-estate, retail, direct sales, call center and travel. A sample of his client list includes: Virgin Holidays, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Florida Insurance Services, Canadian Tire, Budget, Avis, Alamo and Travel Jigsaw.
He is one of the founders of the Orlando Young Presidents Chapter and incoming chapter chair. In addition, he is shareholder and advisor to four other companies in the real-estate, claims collections and call center fields. Ziad lives in Orlando with his wife and two children.
Managing Director of Frontline Performance Group, Geoffrey joined the company in 2011. He is primarily responsible for operational excellence and solutions development.
Geoffrey was the first employee of ZeroChaos, a business process outsourcing company working with numerous Fortune 500 companies in dozens of countries. During his tenure with ZeroChaos he held various roles among which was the Senior Vice President of Operations from 2004 until 2008, a role where he was accountable for the full customer lifecycle and experience from implementation and solution design through to account management and support. His most recent position was as Vice President of Strategic Solutions where Geoffrey developed a channel sales group responsible for revenue in excess of $100M annually. In addition to managing partnerships for the company he also integrated several key acquisitions in a variety of business verticals. Geoffrey founded and chaired the Solutions Council which determined the company investments for new products and technology leading to the development of the most advanced services procurement platform in the market. Geoffrey resides in Orlando with his wife Shereen and their two young boys.
Managing Partner of Frontline Performance Group, Ken joined the company in 1999. He is currently responsible for client relationships and client results throughout North America and Europe.
Ken has over 15 years of experience in various sales, training and performance management roles in the automotive, travel related service and contact center industries. His engaging ability to communicate the Frontline message has allowed him the opportunity to present Frontline seminars, management workshops and frontline sales force coaching sessions to clients throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Ken has a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Ken and his family live in Chicago.
